END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This public summary describes the software license framework for the Titan Node Software. Detailed commercial and jurisdictional terms are set in the individual Concession Agreement executed before activation.

License Grant

Titan Protocol grants a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license tied to a valid Genesis Key and continued compliance with the concession framework.

• Install and operate one Titan Node Software instance for the associated Genesis Key.
• Connect that node to the Titan network.
• Access node-specific dashboards, reports, and service notifications made available by the system.
• Receive within-scope upgrades adopted by Titan for the Solana environment.

Allowed Use

• Operate the licensed node for the operator's own authorized participation in the network.
• Configure limited operational settings within system guardrails.
• Migrate the node to another machine pursuant to Titan's technical procedures.

Prohibited Use

• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to derive proprietary logic.
• No cloning, scraping, interception, or unauthorized automation.
• No sublicensing, leasing, or creation of derivative access.
• No real-time or near-real-time redistribution of protocol outputs.
• No unlawful use or activity that interferes with network integrity.

Intellectual Property and Data

The Genesis Key functions as the tokenized record that activates the software license within the concession framework. Protocol software, telemetry systems, aggregated intelligence, trained models, and derivative know-how remain Titan Protocol property.

System Operation

Titan seeks to maintain service availability on a best-efforts basis, subject to maintenance, security, and operational constraints. Updates may be required to preserve compatibility, security, or integrity of the network.

Warranty and Liability

The software and associated services are provided on an as-available basis, subject to the liability framework and mandatory law constraints set out in the governing documents. Public availability of the software does not create a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or any specific trading outcome.

Termination

The software license remains tied to a valid Genesis Key and compliance with the concession framework. Transfer of the Genesis Key shifts the license relationship to the approved transferee. Material breach may terminate operational entitlement while the tokenized record remains on-chain.
