TERMS OF CONCESSION
Titan Protocol — Genesis Key Concession Framework
Last Updated: March 7, 2026
This public framework summarizes the general legal structure governing the Genesis Key concession. Specific commercial and jurisdictional terms are set in the individual Concession Agreement executed before payment.
Nature of the Concession
The Genesis Key is documented by Titan Protocol as a software concession and operational right. It grants the operator access to run a single node within the Titan network on Solana, subject to the concession framework and current technical phase.
- It does not create governance, equity, or passive income rights.
- It does not transfer Titan Protocol intellectual property.
- It remains subject to applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction.
Scope
The concession scope is limited to autonomous operation in venues supported by Titan within the Solana network. Software, dashboards, backbone infrastructure, routing, telemetry, and intelligence are operational means within that scope.
- Within-scope upgrades are incorporated as Titan evolves the Solana system.
- Expansion to other networks or unrelated products is outside this public framework.
Operator Rights
- Operate a single node linked to a Genesis Key.
- Access Titan Node Software and the visibility tools made available for that node.
- Receive within-scope upgrades and system improvements adopted by Titan.
- Maintain capital under operator title and revocable control under the current technical arrangement.
Operator Responsibilities
- Maintain a functioning machine, connectivity, and operational readiness.
- Comply with applicable law, sanctions restrictions, and protocol safeguards.
- Use the node only for the operator's authorized participation in the network.
Network Protection
- No sublicensing, sub-nodes, or derived access.
- No systematic redistribution of outputs in real time or near-real time.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to extract proprietary logic.
- No conduct that undermines network security, legal compliance, or alpha protection.
Transfer and Exit
Transfers are subject to Titan approval, screening of the proposed transferee, and the transfer rules defined in the concession framework and individual agreement. Titan does not guarantee liquidity, buyer availability, or any secondary market outcome.
Updates and Disputes
Material framework changes are communicated through the operator's designated channel. Entity identity, notices, governing law, and dispute mechanics are stated in the individual Concession Agreement.
